Lead complex urban residential projects from concept to completion, with genuine autonomy over design outcomes
Work directly with studio leadership on projects that shape contemporary city living
Step into a senior, trusted role where your experience is valued — and your voice is heard
You’re probably already leading projects.
But how often do you shape the design direction, influence key decisions, and have direct access to the people setting the vision?
In this studio, senior architects don’t get siloed. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership from day one — contributing not just to projects, but to how the studio thinks, designs, and evolves.
The work focuses on urban infill and mixed-use residential developments, where architecture has a real impact on everyday life. Projects are contextual, people-focused, and grounded in place — not driven by templates or shortcuts.
If you value dialogue, cultural awareness, and thoughtful design — and want the freedom to lead projects properly — this could be your next step.
Leading architectural projects from early concept through to delivery
Which means you’re not handing work off halfway, you stay connected to the design intent.
Delivering Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use developments across NSW
So your experience is used where it matters most.
Working directly with clients, consultants, and authorities
Giving you influence, not just responsibility.
Mentoring junior architects
Because leadership here includes developing people, not just managing deadlines.
Contributing to studio processes and design thinking
Your ideas help shape how the practice works — not just what it produces.
You have 8+ years post-graduate experience in architecture
You’ve successfully delivered Class 2 residential projects in NSW
You’re confident navigating Australian planning frameworks, codes, and standards
You’re proficient in Archicad or similar BIM workflows
You balance strong design thinking with technical delivery
You enjoy collaboration, mentoring, and open dialogue
You want a senior role where trust and autonomy are earned — and given
(If you tick most of these but not all, it’s still worth a conversation.)
Direct access to studio leadership and real input into project outcomes
A collaborative, multicultural environment that values different perspectives
Projects with purpose, shaping inclusive, liveable urban environments
The chance to grow your leadership capability in a grounded, supportive studio
A role where design quality isn’t compromised by bureaucracy
If this sounds like the kind of role you’ve been missing, let’s talk.
